Purchase Plan Vivo Certificates

The easiest way to support a PV Climate project is through the purchase of Plan Vivo Certificates (PVCs), whereby 1 PVC represents 1 tonne of CO₂e sequestered or mitigated by a PV Climate-certified project, in addition to a multitude of other environmental and social co-benefits. PVCs can be purchased either directly from the project or through a reseller. The suitability of each pathway may depend on your circumstances:

To purchase from a PV Climate project, the end buyer will have to contact the project directly using the details on the project’s website (see below), or by requesting the project’s contact details from Plan Vivo’s Projects Team.

To purchase from a reseller, please refer to the resellers listed below. These organisations have signed up to respect and align to the Plan Vivo Principles, and resellers responsibilities governing the marketing of Plan Vivo Certificates, and to ensure that this is achieved in an ethical and fair manner. These resellers will differ in the projects that they sell credits for, with no one reseller selling credits for all projects.

Please note that a small proportion of projects choose to not openly sell their credits to new buyers.
