The role of the BoT is to provide strategic and financial oversight to the activities of the Plan Vivo Foundation. Whilst they are not involved in day-to-day activities, they are responsible for making management decisions in the best interests of the stakeholders. Plan Vivo always ensures that there is a public list of BoT members.
