Plan Vivo Launches New Brand Identity

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new brand. This new identity marks a clear step forward in Plan Vivo’s 25+ year evolution and aligns with our newly developed strategy, which aims to build upon our credibility and reputation in climate and nature markets, while expanding our reach and impact. 

Our new look has been developed over the past 10 months, supported by expertise and guidance from creative agency Kind. Kind is a certified B Corp specialising in strategy, digital and branding, and works exclusively with purpose-driven organisations prioritising people and planet. 

Plan Vivo’s new identity expresses its commitment to community led action, transparency and equity. The grounded colour palette, hand drawn typography and people centred icons create a clear and confident look that reflects the organisation’s values while giving it the presence needed to lead within the climate and nature markets. Working with Plan Vivo has been a privilege and this refreshed identity will help the organisation amplify its message and keep communities at the centre of the future it is shaping.

With more intuitive user pathways and an improved experience for mobile users, the new website is more accessible, part of our mission to provide equitable and inclusive access to the carbon and biodiversity markets. Plan Vivo’s new brand and website will help us to support our projects better, both by making our certification process easier to follow and by increasing our ability to market our projects externally and through our more visual project pages. 

Our new website also showcases our funders and other partners more clearly, reflecting how crucial partnerships are to our work. In addition to our existing partners, the site provides clearer pathways for organisations to support Plan Vivo and our projects, either through partnerships, funding, or through buying Plan Vivo Certificates (PVCs). 

The launch of the new Plan Vivo website and branding marks an important milestone in the roll out of our new strategy. This builds on our 25+ year legacy to articulate how clear standard requirements and robust and accessible methodologies combine to ensure the delivery of high integrity carbon and biodiversity credits. It also serves as a platform to showcase the impact that all our community-led projects deliver beyond carbon, through the ‘core benefits’ of positive social and biodiversity outcomes.

This rebrand marks an important moment in Plan Vivo’s journey. It reflects more than 25 years of experience, learning, and impact, while positioning us for the future as demand grows for credible, people-centred solutions to climate change and biodiversity loss. 

We would like to thank Kind for their work on this project, which supports the longevity and credibility of our brand, preserving our legacy of several decades of community-led impact while ensuring we continue to shape market trends towards more equitable and effective carbon and biodiversity projects. We must also extend our thanks to all those involved in the rebranding process.
