A newsletter from Ecotrust contains the latest news from the Trees for global Benefits Plan Vivo project (May 2008). This includes images from the Commonwealth Heads of Governmnet meeting in Kampala (December 2007) at the People's Space in which Trees for global Benefits was chosen as one of three projects which HRH Prince Charles, Prince of Wales visited.

Maesopsis Technical Specification
This is a sole species woodlot using the species Maesopsis emini and this technical specification details the methods for the management of farm land under this system.
Mixed Native Woodlot Technical Specification
This land use methodology involves planting a variety of indigenous timber species on small farm plots in an agroforestry system.
Farmer training for the new participants was undertaken in Hoima and Masindi in 2007.
