The number of technicians required in a project depends on the number of producers involved, the diversity of proposed offset activities and the geographical scale of the project. The team may incorporate a number of community technicians to assist with extension, planning and monitoring work. Community technicians should be provided with training to carry out these functions and training reports kept to demonstrate technical team capacity.
The Scolel T project employs two full time technicians and a number of part time community technicians.
